Councilman Arnie Fielkow in collaboration with NORD, the New Orleans Zephyrs, and their parent club the New York Mets held a youth baseball clinic at District B’s Taylor Playground in Central City on Saturday May 5th. The Zephyrs donated four pitching machines to NORD and provided the young attendees with t-shirts, gloves and balls. The future sluggers received instruction in hitting, running, fielding and pitching over the course of the clinic.
