WHY: Freret Street PoBoy’s will be welcoming local celebrities to serve up their signature dishes. Rob Woltman, CEO of Oschner Baptist, will be serving in style on Friday, April 16 starting at 11:00AM. TJ Locke, Headmaster of Isidore Newman School, will be the guest host on Friday, April 23.
The restaurant has established a local following for its flavorful Creole cuisine. Some favorites from the menu include Red Beans & Rice, Gumbo and Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce.
