Incumbent Stacy Head apparently was re-elected Saturday to the City Council post she has held for the past four years. She defeated Corey Watson, an engineer-turned-minister vying for his first elected seat.

In honor of Martin Luther King Day, Councilmember Stacy Head will celebrate the day with campaign supporters, family and friends. Among the family fun festivities are Lucky Dogs, nachos, face painting and music.

WHEN: Monday, January 18 from 2-4 p.m. after the Martin Luther King Day Parade
